Hello,
I changed employer back in 2017 and my H1 transfer was approved and visa validity was given until Nov-2020. I changed work location on June-2018 and my employer filed H1 amendment at that time which is still pending with USCIS. My 6th year in h1 is coming up in next few days and i have got my I-140 approval recently. Now that my I-140 has arrived do i simply wait for my amendment approval to come (or) file a separate H1 extension attaching my I-140? Please advise.
