Hi,

I have a H1B visa which is valid.
I have not travelled onsite due to personal reasons.

I am plannning to change my current company(the company who had filed my petition)
Will my Visa still remain valid.
Does the new Company i join will have to reapply for it?
Will the application be exempt from the cap limit?

The new company will have to file an H1b on your behalf. If the petition gets approved, then you can travel with the existing visa. The visa remains valid.
