Hi everyone,
My H1B extension is about to expire in Jan 2020 and I moved to Canada last month. My 6 years of H1 have expired and my H1 extension was based on my I140 approval. What would happen if I apply for a new H1 before expiry of my current H1 Extn (if possible). Is there any scenario where I can avoid my application going through lottery when applying for new H1?
