H1B transfer with a incomplete degree - Urgent

I am currently working with a company A. I got a full time offer from company B. B Company’s attorney is going to start H1B transfer process very soon. I have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME). I have also done BCA from IGNOU, but two practical exams are pending and I do not have the BCA degree in my hand. I have 8 years of experience. Does incomplete BCA degree cause an issue? How to approach this situation while filing transfer?

If you have already got an H1B with your qualification, then it's the same for the transfer also. If that was the case, your H1B would have got rejected the 1st time.
