Change of status from H1 to B1 (Please Help)

Hi All,

I am currently on H1B visa and my project is ending on December 30 2004. As such I would like to apply for a change of status to visitor visa (B2). Please let me know if this is possible and if so what is the procedure for applying for the same. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
