Hi all,
I am currently on F-1 STEM OPT. I completed my Master's degree in Dec 2016. This year in my last attempt for H1-B filing, my application was picked. But i got an RFE for Specialty occupation. It got denied on Sept 16, 2019. I am yet to receive the denial notice. Can someone please suggest what can be an ideal way to appeal for motion to reopen. What are the chances for the visa to be approved in this case and how long does it take for them revert? My student visa expires early next year.
