DS-160 before I-129 is filed.

I'm trying to fill up DS-160 and get an appointment for H1B stamping in Hyderabad in January. My renewal is about to be filed next month. When I'm filling my DS 160, the question where I have to provide the I-129 application number. If my H1B renewal application goes out next month it gets me a new I-129 number. Can I change the information after the DS-160 is filed and submitted for an appointment?

No, you cannot change DS-160 once it's submitted. You will have to fill a new one.
