Hi,
I have asked this question to few people in US, but could not get any clear answers. Therefore, trying to put across my question in this forum. After getting my masters in USA, I got my H1 B visa (from Oct 2007-Oct 2010) for 3 years. However, after starting my job in Oct 2007, I got laid off after few months in Feb 2008. I came back to India after couple of months and since then working here in India. Now, I want to again go back to US on work visa. I have to look for a job in US first so as to file for a second H1 b visa.
Before searching for job, I want to be sure whether I can file for a new H1 B visa (once I get a job offer from US in future)?
