I 'm now in L2 which is valid till sep 2010....my hubby's company applied for H1 3 months back which we got approved till Jan 2011...but they forgot to apply for me(H4)...now they have applied for my H4...Can i travel to india now when my papers r in the consulate so that my hubby can get my papers once he comes to india later..
