Hi,
I work for an Indian consulting company and my H1b application got picked in the lottery this year
However my employer had stopped doing business with the company on whose project they have filed my H1 application on. I got placed in an other project in a different MSA and I receieved an REF on project availability and my employer says we cannot respond to RFE because of change in MSA
Can anyone please let me know if being in the same MSA is a requirement for responding to the REF, in my case? Please provide pointers on how I can proceed with this case (My current visa status is F1 OPT)
