I am completing 6 years on H1 by Jan 2005 and my labor was filed in July 04 i.e. less than an year. My wife is also on H1 and her labor was filed in year 2001. For both of us labor is still pending.
case 1 : As my wife labor is more than a year old is it possible to get 7th year extension to both us ?
case 2 : Is it possible for my wife to get 7th year extension and H4 for my self ?
case 3 : Is it possible for 7th year extension individually (filing separate) ?
please advice.
