Part-Time work on H-1

Hi All,

This is Ben, I have a H1 visa in the US with a company and i am a fulltime employee of that company and would like to know if I can work part time for a different company.

Yes. The other company will need to file a concurrent H1B on your behalf for the part time work and it should get approved for you to work for that company.
