I am currently on H1B visa since the past 3 months and was on OPT earlier. I have an offer of employment from another company and need to transfer, however I have not been working continuously for all 3 months. I just have 1 recent paystub and the paystubs for my 1st month of work, since I have not worked for 2 months in between. Will there be a problem during the h1 transfer ? Thanks in advance for the help...
