My H1B extension is pending with client A and current I-94 is expired. Now I am planning to move to client B and planning to place Amendment with new client. Let me know if this is ideal to go ahead with this ? What are the consequences if i receive RFE on my extension after the amendment while I moved to and working for new client ? Anyone faced this scenario, please suggest the best way forward.
