Hello Everyone!
I worked in US between 2008 - 2016 and returned back to India during mid 2016.
Employer-A started my GC process and I do have an approved I-140 with 2014 as my priority date.
Employer-A had given me an assurance that, as a policy they don't cancel the approved I-140, for any of their employees.
From 2016 I have been working here in India for Employer-B and I have now decided to return back to US in another couple of Years (anytime during 2021)
My I-797 and Visa all are expired.
1.Can you pls mention the easiest options available for me, that I can consider to return back to US?
2.Also I am now working in a different Technology, when compared to the one mentioned during I-140. WIll it cause any issue?
3.As per my understanding, if Employer-C files a H1B based on the approved I-140, it will be exempted from the Lottery. Pls confirm.
4.Is there any Max No of Yrs, with in which I need to return back to US?
5.Pls mention, if there are any othe limitations that I am not aware off?
Thanks in advance.
Have a great day!
