Hello,
I have got my H1B petition approved on Oct 2008, I came to USA on Nov 1 2008, and departed on Apr 2012 (I have applied for renewal on Aug 2011 and got a valid petition till Sep 2014).
Where as again I have reapplied for H1B with CAP exempt category, and got a petition valid from April 2nd 2017 till Apr 1 2020.
I have arrived US on June 10 2017.
Please suggest am I good to stay till my I797 date (Apr 01 2020), or I need to depart before the date.
My perm process in ongoing , havent filed with Labor its on AD phase. Any input or suggestion is more helpful to me.
