Hello, my spouse is considering getting a H-4 visa stamp during an upcoming visit to India and applying for an H-4 EAD immediately upon return to the US. She is currently in the US on F-1 OPT. - Is there an estimate on how long applications for *initial* EAD are currently taking? - Would there be any international travel restrictions after the EAD application has been sent? - Have there been any changes to DHSs intent or timelines regarding revoking the H-4 EAD since the beginning of this year?
