Hi,
I would like to give a brief information before asking questions. I have completed my BDS (Dentistry) in India in 2010. I have completed my MBA in 2013 and working as Quality Analyst since then. I have an approved I140 and my current H1B is expiring on Dec 31,2019.
I got Dental admission DDS and would like to convert to F1 as my classes start on March 2019.
What are my options to enroll in the classes by March.
1. Should I do H1 Extension first or H1-F1 or both at a time?
2. Although F1 stamping is an easy option to enroll in classes, it's too risky with approved I140.
3. When I am trying to change the status here to F1, i am worried about the processing time as the attorney mentioned it takes 12-14 months. My college doesn't allow me to enroll in classes while the case is pending.
I really wanted to enroll in classes by March, please suggest me the best options. Thanks
