Consulate change in I797

Hi There,

My H1b petition approved for the year 2019 with consulate Beijing. Actually it should be Hyderabad, India.

We raised request to USCIS on consulate change and request also closed and in sent for review but yet to receive updated I-797 document.

Can anyone let me know how much time it takes to receive updated document?
if it takes more time can we use existing petition for interview in Hyderabad?

Please let me know anybody faced this issue or knows information about this.
