My H1B extension petition was denied recently and I have traveled back to India - set to attend a VISA interview for H4 (wife currently in US on H1B).
Need to know if anyone else has had this experience and how was it? I have a 4 year old whose stamping too needs to be carried out - is there any merit in taking him along (like long lines?).
