H1B approved but appring for H4

i am getting married next month but my fiancee has a approved H1B but she did not attned for stamping .Now what i would like to know is while filling DS160 should i give this detials and what will happen if i give details will there be any issues if attending the consulate for H4 stapming.

Are is it ok if i ignore this part and make her attend the consulate for H4.

There will be no such issues. It is not mandatory to go for visa stamping after getting an approval. Provide all information as requeste din DS160. false information will lead to visa refusal.
