I used to work for a company A, which has been acquired by another company B (I am currently working for B). I got an offer from company C and they have received an RFE for H1B transfer (for which I have sent my most recent I797 which points to A). The RFE is about my previous employee/employer relation. In the meanwhile my current company B has filed my amendment process for a project. If company's amendment petition is approved, will there be any clash with C's H1B transfer petition as I will get new I797 which point to B?
