    Hi everyone , I have a slight confusion regarding something .
    I am on h1b and my husband too is on an h1b and his green card is about to getting filed .
    My mother who lives with us is a green card holder herself so receives NYS public assistance or cash assistance. Under Trumps new rule does her getting the cash assistance affect our chance of getting the green card?
