Hi, I was previously on a F1 visa (stem extension) and went back to France to get the H1B stamp (I filed an H1B petition with Change of status this year). At the interview the officer told me my visa was approved but that there was a flag on my case because I was on F1 before. He told me this would take a few days and I would have my passport back within a week. It's been more than 5 weeks now and still nothing, CEAC says that my case in in Administrative processing.
I read online that it happened to a few people that were on F1 visa before, but it usually resolves itself pretty quick, within 2-3 weeks at max. Anyone here in the same situation?
