RFE H1B extension/renwal
Hi Mates,
Good Wishes!!
I have applied for my H1B Renewal and have got RFE(Employee-Employer Relation query) recently. My employer is trying to respond to this soon.
However, I have multiple layers in between the End-client and me.
So i think i have very slight chances of getting an approval.
Now my question is, Is it possible to get my H1B transferred while my petition is getting processed though My Visa and I-94 are expired in march?
