    H1 Cap Exempt

    Hello All,

    I got my H1B petition till MAR 2020 for FY 2020, It is not possible for me to Travel till Mar 2020.
    Am I eligible for H1B Cap Exempt VISA .
    When can I apply for CAP Exempt, is this after expiration of petition
    What is the best option, whether to travel in US somewhere in JAN 2020 and apply for Extension from US or apply for H1B cap exempt from India.
