Got 221g Yellow - Pls Advice

Hi All,
I went for H1b inteview on 19th April.
VO asked me all the common questions about my employer but she was not satisfied with the document and was searching for the documents from my employer.
She issued me 221g yellow(Nothing is ticked on that 221g) and told me to wait for her reply, if she find the document what she was looking for then fine. And told me to wait for the reply from her.


Please advice me, how long should I wait or should I contact them?
