H1B Expired - USA Experience - NIL

Hi Experts,

I got the stamping of H1b visa on April 2018.

1. Unfortunately, I coudnt travel to USA because my employer was not having any projects for me to work with.
2. My i797 got expired on 14 Sep 2019

What are my chances ?

• I need to find an another employer who can file a new h1b visa ?
• Do I need to go for stamping again ?
