H1B Renewal Appoitment

I need for my H1B visa renewal appointment in May 2nd week at Hyderabad location. But till now the slots are not openend at Hyderabad location.

So I am planning to book the slot in Chennai location.

My Question: Is it possible to cancel the appoitment in Chennai consulate, if I get slot in Hyderabad once it opened?
