I came to HYDERABAD a week back for H1&H4 visas renewal and booking the visa appointments. Have following questions.

Q1> Do I need to select the option "An Indian citizen resident in the USA" or "A resident of India"?

Q2> I need to go back to US and join at the client place soon. So Am i eligible for emergency visa appointment for this reason?

Q3> Am I eligible for appointment at Chennai (Since not getting in HYD).

Actually my prevois question is not clear. I have been staying in US and came to India for visa stamping purpose( just a week back). So still am I eligible to select 'An Indian resident" oprtion ? or need to select 'Indian citizen resident in USA" option?
