H1B Stamping Location Info needed
Hi,
I have been approved for the H1B and have been working in USA for the past year. I came into the country on an A1 Visa /dependent on my father a 1.5 years ago, and got an appoval for the visa change beginning of this year.
Do i have to go back to India to get my Visa stamped?
My husband is german, can i get it stamped in germay? or canada? or mexico?
I would like some trustworthy information on this and some link to documents stating laws regarding this would be great.
