Dear freindz,
I just got, my H-1B approval and am currently in India for ny visa stamping.
while travelling to India from U.S. I had two I-94's in my passport. (One which I got when I came on students status from India to U.S.) and (Second when I recently got my H-1B approval). During my travel from U.S. to India at my port of departure from L.A. my old I-94 was removed but my new I-94 is still with me.
I recently learnt that this new I-94 should also have been submitted while departing from U.S.
Is this true??? If it is can anyone of you kindly suggest me what should I do at this time ASAP.
