H1B Cap - Previously had an H1B, returned to India, & then got a new job offer in US
Hi,
I was issued a H1B in 2007. I worked on H1B, in U.S., from Oct, 2007 - Dec, 2010 and have been out of the U.S since Dec, 2010. Now, in 2019, can I file a cap-exempt petition to reclaim unused time? Or, do I have to file a fresh H1B petition under quota (subjected to cap) in 2020?
My Qualification: I hold a master's degree from U.S. university.
