H1B Transfer
Hello,
I am a new member of the group. I have a question on H1B transfers
I was working with Company 'A' on H1B. This Visa is stamped on my passport. I have joined another Company 'B' last month which has transferred my Visa on to their name. This new company is not honoring any promises which were made during my discussions prior to joining. Now I have got a good offer from another company 'C' and I would like to join them. But someone told me if my Visa (with company B)is not stamped on my passport, I cannot tranfer my H1B with company B to Company 'C'. Is it true? Are there any other conditions which I should be aware of?
