My LCA was approved in September 2019 for wages level 3 till April 2022. My extension is filled in October 2019 month. But in October month USCIS has restructured prevailing wages and now prevailing wages for level 3 is higher than what approved in my LCA. My employer has already communicated me that he is increasing my salary but it will take time.
My question is, what will happen with my H1B extension. As when my LCA was approved that time my salary was in range.
