h4 visa valid but ped expired (5 years stamping)
Hi Experts,
I am looking for the help with respect to my H4 Visa. I have received 5 year H4 Visa which is still valid for one more year.
The PED date has already expired. My Question is with respect to validity of the Visa.
I am planning to travel out of US and would like to know if i can carry my Husband Latest I797-A (H1B Approval notice) can i will be allowed to reenter using this Visa ?
