Lost passport in Europe during a business trip

Friends,

I am on H1B visa. WOrkign for a company based out of San Francisco.

Last week I came to Europe (Shegen VISA) on business. Yesterday while travelling in the train, some one had stolen my bag. I had my passport in the bag along with other valuables. I have lodged a complaint with local police and i have all the documentation that they have given me. I have my original I-797 with me. I also have a soft copy of the passport. Monday, i will be going to Indain embassy to apply for a duplicate passport. Once i get my Indian Passport, i will go to US consulate for visa. I need help in the following aspects.
1) What documentation i need for getting Indian Passport?
2) What docuemntation i need for US Visa?
3) What should i do with regard to my Shengen Visa?
4) When i come back to US, what type of documentation i need to carry and what type of questions i can expect at the port of entry?

Please help me in this regard.
