Hi,
I got h1b stamped in 2007 and my visa is going to expire in sept 2010.The employer(consultant) through whom i filed my h1b is calling me by issuing a letter addressed to the immigration officer(which i will carry along with LCA & I-129) which states that the concerned person will be working with us at the mentioned work location and give us a call for any queries.
1.I just want to know whether these documents are sufficient to at the POE. (YES/NO)
