H1B Application Filing question
I have a very crucial question regarding H1 filling this year. My degree is on hold due to financial balance left at University. I have my transcript with me with my i20 but I do not have a degree until this May. So my question is can I still file my application without a degree?
Also, I have a friend whose degree was on hold because his thesis wasn't completed but even then his h1 was filled and approved.
Also, I have seen people working on CPT whose degree hasn't been completed filing H1.
So what do you think about this? How does it work?
Please enlighten me on this, that would be a great help.
