H1 transfer help!!!
I have my H1 sponsored from company A in CA but found a job with company B in TX. I am currently residing in NY!
Details: My H1 start date is Jan 16th, 2004. I have not yet started work for Company A but have a better opportunity with company B. The start date for company B is Jan 10th. I am currently on my OPT (valid till May 2005).
1. What are the relevant steps and conditions I need to be aware of, in order to transfer my H1 from company A to company B???
2. Can I transfer without pay stubs from Company A?
3. If I require pay-stubs, then can I start work ASAP on my OPT and use those pay stubs (i.e. before H1 start date of Jan 16th)
4. How many pay-stubs are required (in no. and time)
