I am in a quite messy situation.
My H1B was approved on Nov 8, 2019 (i94 is valid till 2020 dec 31) and I left my previous client and joined a new client on Nov 11th 2019. Since the new implementing partner delayed providing documents for my amendment it was filed after a month of starting at new location.
After filing amendment in premium processing, USCIS issued a RFE, still unaware of the what the RFE is about.
My question what are my options after Amendment is rejected.
1. Can I immediately switch to Implementing partner and file for H1b Transfer?
2. What are the chances of H1b stamping approval when I visit India once transfer is approved.
3. Will this be an issue if I immediately jump ships once amendment is rejected.
