My wife is on a H4 visa. It was last extended in US to June 2022. Her last H4 visa stamp expired in June 2019. She plans to travel to Canada in late April-early May 2020.
1. My understanding is that she can re-enter using the automatic revalidation rule even though her visa has expired. Is that correct?
2. Her Indian passport expires in October 2020, so she will have less than 6 months left in May. Is that a problem for re-entry?
