H1B Denied, please help

My H1B extension was denied under premium process and sent an appeal (MTR), & the application is sent to California Service Center. We sent the application with all necessary documents and now my doubt is, if this appeal get denied again, what will be my status, can I go for another H1B transfer in this case. Please advise me.

You can go for the H1B transfer provided your current I-94 remains valid. Transfer within the country is not possible with an expired I-94.
