H1B Extension and New H4 visa fees question

Hi All,

I am getting married this June, so I will be visiting India this June.
I also have my H1B extension due this June and as I am marrying, my wife will be coming with me for her H4 visa stamping during the same time.
My questions are:

1)Do I need to take seperate HDFC fees receipts for each of us?
2)How to book visa appointment for each of us(seperately or do I need to choose Family option as mentioned in this forum)?
3)Can I book the appointment for both of us at Chennai on the same day and time, as I do not see dates for Hyderabad(we both are from Andhra Pradesh)?
