Hello,
I took my Visa interview on Jan 16th. The questions were pretty standard like the role, location and salary. The VO asked me about the right in US as well. In the end, he asked me if I was ever out of status, I said no. He gave me 221g for administrative processing but he retained the passport & he doesn't need any documents.
I didn't submit my one of i983 ( Stem Validation report). The SEVIS is auto completed to to H1B status though.
Would it impact the stamping?
Any one on similar situation?
