Hi,
I am on H1 with a company and had H4 visa stamped for my wife in chennai in Feb, 2010. Right now she is in India.
Right now I joined another company and they applied H1 transfer.
My question is
Can my wife travel to USA with the existing H4 visa(based on old employer)
OR
should she go for stamping again after I receive my new I-797
OR
Can she travel with current visa and my new I-797 with her so that she can show that during immigration check?
Please help in this regard...
