I-539 - immigrant visa related question

Hi,

I have my I-140 immigrant visa petition approved and filing for my H1 and dependents H4 extension.

In I-539 form for dependents, there are below questions for which I need help with.

1. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa ?
Query: The primary beneficiary has I-140 approved, should this be marked YES ?

2.Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
Query: Not sure if the application refers to H1 and H4. Should this be YES as well ?

Please see my response below.
1. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa ?
Answer: It must be NO.
2.Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
Answer: This is referring of I-539 Applicant. If there is no immigrant petition filed for H4 petitioner then Answer must be NO.
