I am currently in my 6th year and working on a project. The project is ending in June 2010 while my visa expires in July 2010. I am planning on applying for a 3 year extension using my approved I140. The client cannot provide a client letter beyond june 2010.
How long should the duration of the project be for approving the 3 year extension. No client will give a commitment over 6 months on any project. Can you please suggest a suitable solution so that I can get extension.
