What option should I choose in my dependents H4 RFE letter for G28 option?
H1 extension filed in premium by my employer and approved. H4 extension does not handle by employer but they filed H4 I-539 along with my H1 extension for courtesy. Now H4 got RFE and has below question. Please advise which option I should choose as I am planning respond to RFE by my own.
