Has your VISA ever been cancelled or revoked?

Should I say yes or no if I have "Cancelled without prejudice" on one of my previous visas??

If your visa was cancelled by the consulate or an immigration officer, you need to answer YES.

But it was not cancelled for any legal reasons...during the visa renewal process they stamped old visa as cancelled...do you understand...
